Factory Outlet Simulator - Casual Gaming Review

Factory Outlet Simulator

Very similar to a lot of the games I've been playing recently this is a simulator game. In this one you not only make but you also run a shop to sell the times. Factory Outlet Simulator came out in July of this year and was developed and published by PISHO.

Gameplay

With Factory Outlet Simulator or FOS as we'll call it from now on. It starts you off by making your shop sign name and buying some beginning items. A factory machine is for making your products, a shelf to sell your products, and then the materials to make the products.

Making your products before selling them was an interesting concept and the time continues. You can choose to skip the night but why when that time can be utilized to make more products? I guess it would be beneficial if you need more money. The good thing is when completing tasks your time for those tasks doesn't go down if you skip through the day.

What kind of tasks do you ask? Well not only do you run a small shop where you have to check out your customers you can choose to also do wholesale orders, where honestly that is where your money is.  You have a limited amount of time to make and transport a large order. It starts out small like 60-80 shirts, but I find the average that has been asked of me a few hours into the game is along the lines of 200-300 items. You have to show your driving skills to transport the items to either the shipyard or the airport.

This game progresses fast, you can buy more product brands to have more items in the shop. They start off with shirts and move into pants and other things. You'll have to buy more factory space and shelves to display more items. Even if you don't have the item unlocked your customers will complain if you do not have the items. So keeping them happy is very difficult.

There is also a lot more to do, you can try your luck at buying stocks of your competitors to try to make some more cash. There is also a shady dealer on the corner that will sell you different materials, they might cost you more or could cost less. You'll also be able to hire employees once you can afford it. Their pay is docked daily.

Thoughts

Either I suck at driving, or the truck just doesn't turn right when you hold down the gas at full speed. *coughs* Like I mentioned before the game progresses very fast, and there is no stopping to collect yourself. I also find that the shop items are ridiculously expensive. A plant is $300, and any shelving you need is going to cost 1k or more. I really like the display stat screens in the warehouse, payment of machines is a little annoying. I also didn't realize I could turn on the factory side lights until later.
